Heating and AC Service in Morrisville

The only company who actually answered the phone Thanksgiving morning. The tech arrived quickly diagnosing our problem and found we needed an OEM part. Even though the tech was very busy he spent the time to locate, aquire, and replaced the part needed, all on Thanksgiving day. This company really goes the extra mile to take care of their customers. Technician was efficient, polite and thorough

Called JC when we discovered there was no hot water. Tech arrived on time and was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He quickly assessed and found the bad part. It ended up being the same part that was replaced by JC a year ago, only this time, the part costs around 3 times as much because the changed to a digital version and I was not thrilled they charge a service call fee $89 to come out.

They were very knowledgeable in not only the service on the existing unit but also in diagnosing & then installing a secondary unit which solved a long time problem.

Looking back not sure why estimate was 623 but charged 713

The central A/C unit we bought 3 years back was defective (York, not great quality... avoid them if you can) so JC took care of ordering the replacement part, and doing the work to replace it. All done within the time estimated. Nice a clean, and very courteous. My only complaint is more with York than JC. The replacement part was covered, not the labor. Given York was responsible for the poor quality, I am not sure why I had to pay for the service work.

Accountability in keeping appointments is key when you have to take a day off work to be home for service. Mike P. was early to our appointment. He explained things along the way and provided replacement AC part pricing to let me make the decision on whether or not to have it taken care of. The repair was relatively quick and it was overall a good experience.

I've used JC Heating for many years now and Mike is one of their experienced service techs. He came to service the heater and also added the hot water heater because they are both oil based. It's nice to have piece of mind that the most important components in the house are covered just in case.
