Quick and honest service
We are new, first-time homeowners with zero experience with oil heating. We bought our home knowing that our oil furnace was very old and that there was a good chance we would run into issues not too far down the road. Surely as soon as the weather decided to turn frigid, the furnace stopped working. After a long and stressful day of exploring options, we called JC Heating after business hours. They sent out a technician within a half an hour, and he was very helpful and honest. We did not feel pressured to simply replace our furnace, and we are so thankful as that's not something we are financially prepared to do at the moment. Instead the tech was helpful and frank about the state of our furnace, and left us feeling as though we made a good decision.
