This was the first Time that I had this serviceman. I was pleased that he was very professional and personable. He introduced himself to me upon entering the house, and got right to work setting up and prepping the area, which I have come to expect from the around the heating unit to limit any dust and debris. He performed the service on my unit and gave me a verbal report about the condition of the unit, answering any questions that I had. He cleaned up thoroughly after he was done.
